Gerber Group with over 30 locations and 500 employees seeks CFO for New York Corporate office to:

Lead, organize, automate and promote productivity and profitability company wide. Oversee all planning, budgeting, forecasting, tracking, and setting and enforcing control processes and systems. Oversee cash management, including cash flow forecasting, lender agreements, and relations and additional financing needs. Manage 5 person accounting department including sales support, budget vs. actual analysis, billing, payables, receivables, taxes and capital expenditures.

Requirements include minimum 7 years experience with a minimum of 4-5 years in public, good analytical, supervision, multi-company accounting and consolidation skills. Restaurant/bar/hotel experience, computer, software expertise and sophistication a must. CPA required.
